  • LOWER FLAT - 1 BED/1 BATH - 920 SQ FT urban space blends the Flats sophisticated design with the building's historic vibe (exposed architectural metal, rock & concrete) to create the perfect launchpad for any adventure.

    Located on the lower level of 22 East Center, this unique urban studio is just a few steps from Logan’s Main Street. The Lower Flat features a Queen Bed, (outfitted with MALOUF luxury linens & fully adjustable base), pub height dining solution provides a comfortable nook for eating, playing games or working, enough lounge space for five guests & a transforming coffee table to TV tray for eating & gaming while enjoying a 65” smart TV.

    The Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, induction hotplate, pancake griddle, basic spices, and more. The ensuite bathroom has a large enclosed shower fully stocked with Aveda shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Free Self-Service Guest Laundry is available next to the bathroom.
