Welcome to Tall Pines Cabin a 3BR, 2BA cabin is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and small groups. Enjoy time at the bartop in the walkout basement, the hot tub, roasting s’mores by the fire pit, & relaxing under one of the 3 covered outdoor living spaces all designed to bring the beautiful scenery of southern Ohio to you.

The cabin consists of 3 Queen private bedrooms and one sleeper sofa/sectional (Full).


Tall Pines is a BRAND-NEW build with a fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and walkout basement leading out to the luxury hot tub and gravel firepit. Completed in December 2022. The cabin consists of 3 Queen private bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 1 in the basement) and one sleeper sofa/sectional (Full) in the basement.

Access:
We have an electronic lock on the cabin allowing you immediate access upon arrival. This code will be in your check-in instructions.

Included in your stay:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, spices, drip coffee pot, crockpot, propane grill, and grilling utensils. We provide bed linens, bath towels, hot tub towels, pillows, throw blankets, and extra linens for the pull-out couch. Toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and dish soap/sponge are also provided. Please feel free to use the washer/dryer if needed and the laundry detergent. Help yourself to any of the logs stacked around the property to use for a fire, but please be aware they are uncovered from the elements, and most are not split.

We booked this last minute and it was absolutely amazing! It was everything that was listed and more. Beautiful views, hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the dart board and hook and ring game. Host communicated was top notch already planning to book again. Much needed weekend getaway

Cabin was nice and cozy, well stocked, clean, and came with a ton of amenities. I went there with a geoup a friends for New Years and it was a blast. We had plenty of room to sleep, plenty of towels and blankets were available, kitchen was well stockedto make meals for everyone (pots and pans wise, bring your own food obviously.) May be renting again within the next year.

There was a couple little things regarding cleanliness we noticed but overall the place was perfect and we had the best time. We loved how kid friendly the place was. Parents could still enjoy their self while feeling our child was safe. Already planning on next trip here!

The cabin was clean and cozy! It had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The setting was serene, surrounded by woods. We watched the deer come out for dinner in the evening and listened to the birds while having coffee on the deck in the morning. Also, the hot tub was exactly what we needed after a few hours of hiking in the afternoon. We were completely happy with our choice for a weekend getaway!

We booked this cabin last minute and were lucky it was available. The cabin was a great place to relax for a couple of days. The sleeping arrangements allowed our 3 boys their own space to unwind. They loved playing darts and just hanging out in the basement. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind.

This cabin was fabulous!! Very spacious! Lots of room to move around. All the amenities from cable tv, grill, hot tub. Beds are very comfy! Extra towels. Washer dryer! The hosts are very easy to communicate with and answer very promptly! So thank you again for letting stay! We had a great time here!

The Tall Pines crew has done such an amazing job with this cabin! The property is beautiful and secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience was amazing. The house keeping was top notch. The booking process was super easy and management kept in touch throughout the entire stay. They gave us great suggestions for dinning and adventures. We will absolutely be coming back next year. Or maybe a few times a year!!

Our time at tall pines cabin was wonderful! Not only was the property SO clean, it was easy to find, had a gorgeous view, and had all the supplies we could need. The hosts were great with instructions and tips on staying there and even provided us with an itinerary on how to make the most of your weekend in hocking hills. I highly recommend staying here with friends or family!

This was a great place to stay for a few days. Very clean, amazing hot tub and fire pit area, and a well stocked kitchen. The only concerns to highlight - would not recommend bringing kids under 8-9years old. We brought our 1 year and 7 year old and it was very stressful with a pack n play and the stairs. We knew this when we booked, but the stairs were much steeper and easier to access than we expected . Also, easy to hear throughout the house - especially in the basement. Could easily hear everything happening through the floors - bathroom/plumbing, getting in/out of beds, etc. Besides these two concerns, we loved the cabib. Woud love to come back when the kids are older or just as a couple.

We had a great stay at the cabin. It was extremely clean and well furnished. We even cooked thanksgiving dinner for the family! We did need to bring a few bowls for mixing/ baking but for the most part otherwise was stocked well. The hiking was great and enjoyed the views. The best hike was Conkles Hollow which we did twice during our stay. It was a well isolated cabin , cell service was poor but the wi fi was fast. We took a much needed break from technology. The hosts had great recommendations for things to do and were very responsive. Thanks again.

The cabin was exactly as described and in the perfect location close to all of the activities. It was super clean and completely stocked for everything you could need! Check-in / Check-out was super easy and convenient. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and responsive! We found a wasp nest and they were there the next morning to eradicate! A tip while you’re there - Make sure you have written directions or have them saved somewhere as GPS apps couldn’t connect until you were out of the hills. Someone else mentioned this in one of the reviews and it saved us from getting lost in the hills!! 😂 Just a wonderful trip with our group and definitely recommend 10/10 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been to Hocking several times at several different cabins, but this was the best stay so far. First off, the property managers do a great job of setting you up for success with everything from an "app" they send you that is full of tips and local info, to little notes around the cabin with reminders. The cabin was clean and welcoming. We had a bonfire and sat in the hot tub every night, my kids loved it! I brought an axe to split the firewood myself, of which there was plenty. We cooked burgers and hot dogs two separate nights, the grill was perfect. The games provided and Roku on the TV were great entertainment on the occasional downtime. The hill getting to the cabin is certainly steep (they do warn you about this as a 4 wheel drive could be helpful in snow), but in normal weather we had no issues in an SUV in 2 wheel drive. I highly recommend staying here, as I hope to again!

The cabin was practically brand new, as described. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub was much needed after all the hiking. The fire pit area was wonderful with the string lights as well. It was very quiet with almost no traffic. We had a couple families of deer hanging out as well. The covered porches were a great place to have coffee in the morning and play cards in the evening. The kids loved to relax downstairs and watch movies in the evening. All the attractions we wanted to see were about 20 min away in any direction, and easy to get to. Use the directions provided by the host. Google maps does not take you the right way. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place is such a gem!! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. It’s everything you could want a cabin to be. It was the perfect house for our girls getaway (myself, my daughters ages 9 and 12, and my mother). Each bedroom has ample space and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. You may want to bring storage containers for leftovers though. The recreational room downstairs is a perfect spot for the family to unplug and spend quality time together. There’s a huge comfy couch with “the hook game”, a dart board, karaoke machine, puzzles, and board games. There are 2 nice TVs in each living area and tons of dvds if you’re feeling nostalgic. There are multiple cozy soft blankets in every room and extra bedding if needed. The backyard is absolutely perfect with an incredibly clean jacuzzi and fire pit. It rained during the day the first day we arrived so we had a hard time getting a fire started. If this happens when you’re here, there are several places nearby you can purchase dry firewood. Otherwise they have plenty of wood for you to use on site. The house come with supplies for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs too! We loved it here so much, we tried to stay another night but understandably, it was already booked. We couldn’t get enough of this cozy and peaceful cabin and we can’t wait to come back!!
