"Do not stay here. Room was nothing like photos, there were at least 2 cockroaches and several other bugs. Carpets needed vacuumed. The reception was a box with a passcode. Tried messaging and did not get a response for 12 hours. Could not sleep in the room with the bugs and air not working. Parking lot was full and saw a resident take her cat litter box out to the shared trash can. This is more or less an apartment building with some nightly rented rooms."

6/10 Okay

"Room is big but old especially the toilet. No complimentary water for entry room. Location is decent, walkable 10mins to main street. Parking ample space. All tap leaking water slowly even when fully closed, the tap and the bathtub. Then even the toilet bowl was leaking water so it couldn't be flushed anymore. Made a complaint to front desk and they shifted us to a new upgraded room and mentioned waiver on carpark. Had to repack and upgraded room was pretty much the same except higher floor and the toilet seems newer. However instead of bathtub, it is now a shower only. Shower water temperature fluctuates greatly. Next day front desk said no carpark waiver and had to check with multiple people to verify our issues. They asked questions like what issue we faced and what time we changed our room. Information like these could be easily found within their system like when key card was issued. In the end it was eventually waived but it was toned and worded in a way that they did a one time special exemption for us and we should be grateful. Horrible experience and if it was such a big deal, don't offer such things in the first place. "

"I was only there for 4 hrs but the shower was great the beds were nice and my view was phenomenal My only complaint, there's some missing signage trying to walk to it from the airport. But they must know this because there is a very handy YouTube video you can watch on how to get there"
