Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our small, modern holiday home with a terrace on the Lower Moselle. Our holiday home was newly built in 2021 to current standards and is located in a quiet, established residential area in the village of Löf.
Here, contemporary comfort meets the relaxed atmosphere of the Moselle region—a place to unwind and feel at home.


Living and Relaxing:

The holiday home offers two bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep after eventful days of holiday. The larger bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide bed, while the second, smaller bedroom has a bed that is 1.40 metres wide. The heart of the apartment is the large, airy living/dining area (with ceiling heights of up to 4 metres). Thanks to the open layout and large windows opening onto the adjacent walk-out terrace, the room is flooded with light and has a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully integrated—ideal for cooking together in the evenings, enjoying breakfast, or sipping a glass of Moselle wine.
Cabinetry provides ample storage space. The modern and functional bathroom features two sinks, a large, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
The holiday home includes a small plot of land. There is a private parking space and a bike rack in the driveway.


Extras:
Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. In addition, board games, books, streaming TV, and a radio with a CD player are available for your use.
The maximum occupancy is limited to four people.
You are welcome to bring up to one dog weighing less than 25 kg. We charge a fee of 8 € per night for this (no cats!). Please include your dog in your reservation; unfortunately, multiple dogs are not permitted.

Sunny Lower Moselle holiday region:
Our holiday home is located in the “Sunny Lower Moselle” region, a classic holiday destination. Charming wine villages, medieval castles, activities on, in, and along the Moselle, as well as hiking trails of varying difficulty levels (from easy “Traumpfädchen” trails to via ferrata routes) invite you to enjoy unforgettable holiday experiences.
The cities of Koblenz, Cochem, and Trier attract visitors with their historic old towns and shopping opportunities.
Eltz Castle, known far beyond the region’s borders, and the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress in the garrison town of Koblenz, as well as the Vulkanpark climbing park and the Klotten Wildlife and Recreation Park, are all located within a 25-kilometer radius.
There is a wide range of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, swimming, and boat trips.
Before Christmas, the underground Christmas market in Traben-Trarbach and—since 2021—“Christmas Garden” at Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the most beautiful Christmas light show in Rhineland-Palatinate, invite you to enjoy a short getaway.


The village of Löf:
The village is part of the Rhein-Mosel municipal association and the Mayen-Koblenz district.
Löf is located directly on the Moselle and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and excursions by train, bus, boat, or car to the many attractions in the Moselle and Rhine valleys and on the heights of the Eifel and Hunsrück.

Both holiday homes, “Abendrot” and “Sonnenhang,” were newly built in 2020/21 and are therefore exceptionally well soundproofed and insulated. They’re set back from the street and located on the upper edge of town. Thoughtful decor, pictures featuring photos of the Moselle from its source to Koblenz, and a harmonious colour scheme make the houses unique and cosy. The houses are detached; you’ll have the house all to yourselves, receive two keys from us, and then be completely independent.
We, your hosts, are here to assist you if you need anything. We manage our homes ourselves and check after every booking to ensure they’re in impeccable condition for our next guests.


What makes this accommodation unique:
There’s an e-bike rental right around the corner, and just 100 metres away is a large wellness hotel with a spa area open to the public—where you can purchase day passes if the booking status allows. If you’d like to go hiking, the nearest section of the Moselsteig trail is just a short walk from the houses, as is the boat dock for sightseeing cruises, located about 500 metres away. If you’d like to take a bike ride along the Moselle, the Moselbahn will bring you back to Löf. The train stop is within walking distance of the holiday home. A large Edeka supermarket is located right in the village across the Moselle, below Thurant Castle.
