The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was ready and spotless clean, with plenty of space and comfortable. Guests beware that there is an elevator but it was an add on and kind of scary. It fits one person without luggage or just luggage. The entry points, the front door and room are all done in an app . No keys. My room door entry failed one night and I had to call for help. They responded quickly. They gave me a code for the lock box next to my room door. I used it from then on. Don’t ever forget your phone in the room or you are out of luck. It happened to me and I couldn’t get into the front door. I waited until someone left the building to gain entry. And remember I had a key to my room thankfully. The room has a coffee machine but no pods left for it. Only tea bags. The breakfast is nothing like the photo. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
