Come and stay in Locoal Mendon, between the coast and the countryside, in south Morbihan. Enjoy the 30km of beautiful, diverse scenery along the Etel River including unspoilt beaches, marshes, oyster beds and typical harbours. The property is in an ideal location overlooking the Etel River, great for exploring the ria and its numerous islets including Saint-Cado, one of the gems of the region. There is a little cove 100m from the gite and for swimming and water sports enthusiasts, the fine sandy beaches of Erdeven are 15km. The walled property has wooded grounds and a country house divided into the owner's holiday home and 2 gites. This spacious, well-appointed gite was totally renovated in 2017\. GR.FL : Kitchen-diner. Lounge. Conservatory. UPSTAIRS : Bedroom 1 (large) : king-size bed. Bedroom 2 (large) : 2 single beds. Shower room. WC on half-landing between the ground and first floors. Enclosed back garden, not overlooked, and private parking area. Extra charge for heating. House linCome and stay in South Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon, between land and sea. Thanks to the 30 km of marine shores that border the Ria d'Etel, you will appreciate the diversity of the landscapes available to you: wild beaches, marshes, oyster sites , typical ports... The property, with a view of the Ria d'Etel, enjoys an ideal location to discover this arm of the sea sheltering many islets. For lovers of swimming and water sports, the fine sandy beaches of Erdeven are only 15 km away. In southern Brittany, stay in this holiday home, surrounded by stone walls and a wooded and wooded park, 100m away you will find a small beach in the shape of a bay.
