Elena Alicia these ladies did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the Cruise Ship and everybody is very good. The food was good and it was nice. We even got a pasta night. And that was good too.

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

This is a magnificent hotel. The location is at the port which has some rough areas… not safe at night. But I would stay here again for the elegance and quality of the property. The staff recommended a lovely small restaurant in walking distance that we enjoyed.

Main problem was that the room (apparently recently renovated) was very strange with the shower and bathroom sink in the same room as the bed. The toilet and bidet were in a separate room with three very bright lights and no means ...
