You will be seduced by the tranquility of the site, and by the surrounding wilderness. It is not uncommon for chickens, rabbits and pheasants to walk around! The house benefits from a 300 m2 unfenced plot and a 20 m2 terrace facing south as well as a patio accessible from the ground floor suite. The sea is less than 1 km away, the two closest beaches are Port Blanc and Port Maria. No joint ownership, you will feel at home at home. You enter directly from the terrace into the main room through a double swing farm door. On the left a functional kitchen was recently installed, its equipment is very complete: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker .... This 30 m2 room also has a dining area and a living area with TV and DVD player. Also on the ground floor: \-Separate WC with washing machine space \-a very pleasant suite of 18 m2 with double bed 160x190 and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. A private patio of 20 m2 with direct access from the bedroom. Upstairs : \-a brand new bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. \-a non-partitioned sleeping area with 2 twin beds 80x190 \-a large bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed. Outside, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol ... I provide 3 adult bikes free of charge! Mais de qui se moque t'on ? Faites réparer la serrure !! Location d'une maison pour profiter d'un jardin qui est en fait une allée de voiture avec vue sur les voisins qui entreposent caravanes et bateaux.Façade de la maison non entretenue (photos trompeuses sur Abritel) Ne parlons même pas de la petite cour située à l'arrière de la maison laissée à l'abandon. Terrasse sans aménagement : même si les photos ne revelaient rien de particulier cela ne justifie pas la veille table chinée sertie de chaises totalement rouillées et deux transats déchirés. 1860 euros la semaine dont 75 euros de ménage et plus de 1500 euros dans la poche de madame GIROD. Bref, des manquements importants quand on se targue de louer une maison à ce prix à des personnes qui travaillent toute l'année. Accueil discret de Stéphanie qui en quelques mots nous a dit l'essentiel à notre arrivée. Ensemble séjour cuisine très agréable et lumineux, chambre parentale attenante pleine de charme. 2 chambres à l'étage ... une terrasse sympa, nature, plein sud. Equipements de cuisine à profusion, rien n'a manqué... et puis ces petits riens qui font tout : un peu de condiments, café, sucre... juste pour bien commencer sans courir le premier jour. Plage de port blanc à quelques mn de descente à pied. Bref : excellente location en famille ou juste en couple pour quelques jours ou plus. ##### Philippe P. Calme assuré. Très belle côte. Commerce à proximité sauf le poissonnier ou le boucher. Mais huîtres a emporter. Supérette assez complète et boulangerie. Vélos électriques nécessaires. Pas mal de côtes En scooter c St pas ml aussi. Le logement est très bien décoré style chiné relooke. Très belles salles de bains. Grandes chambres. Cuisine parfaite. En plus comme les jardins sont tous ouverts visites fréquentes des poules des lièvres ou des faisans qui n ont vraiment pas peur de nous.
