"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming
s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff.
I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens!

"Everything and everyone was great but I didn’t realize there was no parking at this hotel. The overnight parking recommended was 20 minutes away and had to walk back. A shuttle to and from the hotel would have been good."

"Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"The location was good. The picture showed is not what the building looks like and the rooms are not as described. The room was so small
we could barely move around. It was too hot with only a small fan. No amenities at all. Not even a plate. Staff were pleasant enough but made no effort to make enhance our stay."
