"Had a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. It’s close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!"
"I loved the stay, everything was perfect . Only downfall was the elevator was broken & didn’t get notified until the next morning about it & dead flies behind curtains. "

"I loved the self check in and out. Everything was pretty much seamless. The parking situation was a bit annoying in that as a tourist, I was unable to set up an account to pay the parking company so it was tedious to sort out upon my departure. The room was very comfortable and clean. Id definitely stay here again. "

"The staff that greeted us at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We loved the room. It was close to the airport. Location was good but we didn’t really see any places to go around the hotel. We stayed for one night only but we’re satistifed with their service and we enjoyed it. Thank You! "
"Overall i enjoyed my stay. The hotel is properly cleaned and maintained. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could possibly need in an apartment. The view from hotel is fantastic.
My only is issue is the check in time is at 4pm which is very late. I had to pay $150 extra to check in early because i needed to shower and rest. "
