Seul bémol, merci de mettre un panneau sur le protail de la rue du bas pour indiquer l'entrée du hauut, la bonne ! "This hotel provides an excellent experience when visiting Amboise and the surrounding area. When you first arrive and take your parking spot on the street, you might not realize how incredibly convenient the location is! Just out the back entrance of the hotel you are in the old town and right next to the grand chateau! It’s an easy stroll to another beautiful Château Gaillard, which was the site of France’s first orangerie and has an exceptional renovation- worth seeing! Also you have Da Vinci’s house where he spent his final years with all Of his inventions an easy stroll from The hotel passing all the restaurants and shops along the way. Close to Chenonceau and other Loire stops. The hotel itself offered laundry service for a fee which was a welcome amenity. Our room (22) was excellent offering not only an air conditioned sunroom attached, but also a full balcony facing the river. A beautiful view at night and all during the day- turn around from the balcony and the chateau is right there. The hotel even provided robes and slippers which was surprising and welcome. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 nights here as a nice respite in a weeks long adventure."
