Loch Tay

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at 11 Stafford and are already planning the next trip. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. There are many lovely touches such as plush bathrobes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels. And Amanda, the property manager went out of their way to provide a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a petal heart on the bed in celebration of our anniversary. Based on previous reviews, I requested that we have a ground floor room and Amanda accommodated this change. In our two short days there, we explored the area by foot. We used the hop on hop off bus, and the location was excellent given its proximity to gems such as dean village, Circus lane, and walkable to Edinburgh Castle. We utilized the luggage drop off at their alternate space which was just fine. We didn’t have any issues necessitating a property manager on site, but I can imagine if there were not having somebody present may have been a factor. I would say only negative was the amount of noise. You could hear the rooms, closing doors and voices in the hallway. Perhaps this was part due to our room being off the main lobby. Excellent location. Beautiful and well appointed space with a stunning castle view. Communication was courteous, timely and efficient. Only wish we had more time there and hope to return.

What a great apartment, clean, spacious, and modern. The manager was great about instructions on how to get in and communicated quickly with us.
