"We rented this house for a family get together. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful home. Very peaceful lake. Easy commute to airport and Bentonville. This property is everything the listing says it is plus more. Host is very responsive to all questions."

"Great place & set up for a family with two teenagers and a one year old. It’s tough to find a place for our age ranges but this place worked great! We appreciated that the pack n play, high chair, and kayaks were all provided which was nice not to have to haul all our gear. Excellent location for mountain biking trails and razorback greenway for paved trail biking. My teens liked the guest pass option for being able to continue working out on vacation at the fitness center & we also were able to play some pickleball at the fitness center. The host was very communicative on details of the property and very responsive when we needed to reach out during the stay. We would definitely stay here again. Would be a great place for multi-gen family trip or a girls/guys weekend. "

"The property did welcome our pet. The yard was fenced. However, the home is in need of maintenance. The first night we were there it rained and in the morning I noticed standing water on the window sill in the kitchen above the sink. Later that day we had the Grandkids over for a BBQ on the back deck. Half way through the cook we ran out of propane and had to finish in the broiler. The blind in the master bedroom has to be replaced. On one side of the french door, it is installed backwards and is damaged. The shower door in the master bath fell off. I did contact the management company and they sent a maintenance guy out for my issues. The company and the maintenance guy were great. Fixed the immediate problems I had fast. This place has much potential. If it was mine to rent, I would attend to some issues (some I haven't noted) before I would advertise. "

"We had a family gathering here for the weekend. Incredible views. Fantastic screened in back porch. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space to sleep. Very comfortable beds and linens. Owner is very easy to communicate with and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and didn't even have to leave the house. The lake was too cold in late March, but summer would be fantastic. Bald eagles we're a nice bonus.Easily one of the best places to stay in this corner of Arkansas. Will return when visiting family."

"The driveway was intimidating but proximity to the water was worth it. We loved how close it was to biking for kiddos and adults! The smell of incense was a bit strong in the basement but overall an amazing property. I definitely think we’ll be back! "
