"From the moment we arrived we were greeted by cheerful efficient staff and this continued throughout our stay. Excellent room facilities and very clean which was greatly appreciated to see such high standards were being set. Must say that both my wife and I commented that this stay was one of the best experiences of staying in hotels in over 50 years of marriage. All staff departments should be proud of the high standards of hospitality shown at all times.Very Big Thank You for making our stay very special and looking forward to returning.."

"We stayed in the Kennels apartment and it was ideal, the most dog friendly accommodation we have come across. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were lovely. Definitely going to stay again."

"The staff are amazing the bar is great and very well priced, the room was really nice apart from the bathroom, there was cobwebs in the corners and mould around the shower tray also the shower head wouldn't stay up the pole it kept sliding down. The bathroom could do with a shelf by the sink to put your stuff on. Only basic stuff really. The pancakes with fruit at breakfast was tinned mixed fruit. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The hotel just needs a few basic things changing and it will be 5 star."
