On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Negativ ist, dass man in der Wohnung kein W-LAN hat. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut, alle 30 Min. verkehrt der Stadtbus, der fast vor dem Haus hält. Leider bekommt man nicht das Ticino-Ticket oder andere Vergünstigungen für die Verkehrsmittel. Mit dem Auto gibt es Schleichwege über Gudo, kennt jetzt auch fast jeder Navi.
