In the house: lounge, lift, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, café 120 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 120 m, thermal baths "Lido Locarno" 120 m.
