Het appartement bevindt zich in een mooi nieuw complex, en is van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een mooie uitgebreide keuken. Voorzieningen zoals supermarkt op loopafstand, evenals het stadscentrum of de oever van Lago Maggiore. Erg rustig en ook met ramen open amper verkeerslawaai.
