Chalet with capacity for up to 7 people, located in a quiet area of Mallorca, close to the sea. The property has 4 bedrooms, three of them with air conditioning, and 2 full bathrooms. It features a spacious living area with fireplace, a lounge-dining room with views of the bay and two fully equipped kitchens, which provides greater comfort during your stay.



Outside, the property offers a terrace, porch with chill-out area, barbecue and private swimming pool with sun loungers. It has internet connection and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



The house is located just a few metres from the sea and a short distance from several beaches and coves. It is situated 22 km from Palma and 10 km from the airport.

Construction work is being carried out in the neighbouring property, so there may occasionally be noise and activity related to the works during the day.



All bookings include free water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electrical consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the guest. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



This house has 3 air conditioning units, although fans will be made available to the guest as needed. It does not have heating either.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2.20 per person and per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



All bed linen is provided, one set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the rest of the neighbours must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing disturbance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
