VILLA AND POOL AT THE BEACH OF CALA PI

  • Fabulous house situated in the quiet area of ​​Cala Pi, surrounded by nature and 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi, supermarket, entertainment and dining area. Only 15 minutes from the amazing beach of Es Trenc and golf courses, water park and marina. 30 minutes from the airport and the city of Palma.

    The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen with breakfast bar having a common and ample space with the living room and the porch, in which you can also enjoy another dining area and an area relaxing with sofas, enjoying every moment of overlooking the pool and garden. Upstairs is a double bedroom and another bedroom with terrace and a complete bathroom.

    Beside the pool you can enjoy a large pergola with another dining area accompanied by a splendid barbecue to delight the outdoor kitchen with family and friends ,, with view of the pool and enjoying it, as well as the relaxation area on the sun loungers around the pool.

    The outside garden is very spacious with artificial grass surrounding the house to the delight of guests and ideal for playing children.

    Located near a tennis court, football, basketball, playground and bocce for guest use.
