We had a really nice stay, breakfast was very good, lots of choice between sweet and savory. The staff was incredibly helpful with a problem we had and contributed to making this a relaxing vacation. Rooms are clean and spacious, and with a balcony. Cleaning staff also very polite and the pool was good! Thank you

I would recommend this hotel mainly for travellers on a tight budget who plan to spend most of their time outside exploring or at the beach. Before booking, check recent reviews to see if the maintenance issues, especially the lift and room facilities, have been addressed. It may also be worth confirming that the in-room safe is working and checking what is included with breakfast. If you value modern facilities, attentive service, and a high-quality breakfast, you may want to consider other options and compare prices before booking. Overall, this is a decent budget hotel for a short stay, especially if location and affordability are your main priorities. However, don't expect modern facilities or excellent service. It would be a better experience if the hotel improved maintenance, staffing, and the breakfast quality.

The room itself was clean and the pools were lovely. We especially liked the lovely lady who served us in the pool bar. The check in however was awful. The receptionist didn't speak a word of English. We were given a number to type in after we had scanned a QR code. We had to Google translate the receptionist instructions. We then had to rejoin a massive queue to get our key which took over an hour and then a further 40 minutes to find out room because the instructions were not clear. After a really early departure from Manchester airport we had given up the will to live by this point. I've never seen such a shambolic check in process The hotel needs better signage to the rooms and receptionists that speak English and not just German .

This was not the stay I was expecting. The booking on Expedia showed the balcony with a water view, which must have been AI because the edge of my balcony was about a meter from a concrete wall. The building had somewhat recently been renovated and the craftsmanship was awful: Caulk peeling off, plaster without tile as if someone got called to lunch in the middle and just left it, lighting that was hardly useful and flickered. And the room was not clean. There were literally boogers on the wall next to the full body mirror, and hair left on the toilet tank and in the shower. There were also still marks on the wall from where contractors marked the bathroom window cutout that no one ever erased or cleaned up, but it had at least been a couple weeks given the mildew buildup on the caulk on the window. It got the job done as a place to stay, and the desk staff was very kind and helpful (they are the ones that earned the stars). But it very much felt like they were handicapped by cheap management that lacks leadership. I will not be staying again.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean and nice room, cleaned every day. Air-conditioning worked very well. Nice pool area. Great location, easy access to beaches, a short walk from the hotel. Bus stop near the hotel, where you can take busses to Palma city, the shopping center and the airport. Mostly a quiet area, with not too much partying.

Clean room, nice balcony, good breakfast and close to the beach that was nice. The room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem and there were also no drinking glasses at the room. It was not that soundproof so you could hear easily people go outside the door and so on. But overall a good hotel and we had a nice stay!

Brilliant weekend trip!

Me & my partner loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable & got cleaned daily. There were 2 pools, one was more of a party vibe with music & some entertainment, the other was more chilled! We chose half board so got breakfast & dinner buffet, the food in our opinion was not very nice although a good amount of choice, this is the only thing i can mark the hotel down by. Great location only a short walk to the beach/ town!

Iv based my review on value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great. The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break.
