Just great!!

Pros: We were a huge family with lots of kids/youngsters and the house gave all the space to enjoy ourselves. The open kitchen was perfect, the terrase, the rooms and all the interior style.. and so many showers!! Cons: We enjoyed everything!!

Vorsicht Schimmel ...

Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. Das ist aus gesundheitlicher Sicht äußerst bedenklich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte kein Klimagerät, was im April nicht schlimm ist, im Sommer aber problematisch sein könnte. Auch die Außenwände der anderen Schlafräume, an denen die Klima-Außengeräte stehen, sind ebenfalls mit Schimmel befallen, was die Gefahr einer Verbreitung durch Lüftungen erhöht. Das Haus war teilweise sehr schmutzig, vor allem der Boden. Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft hinsichtlich Umfang, Qualität und Zustand. Zudem gab es Sicherheitsrisiken, etwa offene Kabel, einen nicht abgesicherten Brunnen und andere Gefahrenstellen, die für Kinder gefährlich sind. Das im Angebot zugesicherte Equipment, wie ein Grill, war nicht vorhanden und musste beim Vermieter angefordert werden. Das Gas reichte nur für einen Abend. Der Vermieter zeigte vor Ort zunächst Verständnis, stellte Sachverhalt jedoch später anders dar. Insgesamt sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit dem Zustand des Hauses, dem Umgang mit unseren Reklamationen (seitens Vermieter und FeWo-Direkt) und würden diese Unterkunft weder erneut buchen noch weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Finca

Pros: Wir sind mit 8 Personen für knapp eine Woche dort gewesen. Man sollte sich lieber ein Auto mieten, da es etwas abseits liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand erreicht man innerhalb von 10 min mit den Auto oder Taxi. Wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas nicht funktioniert hat, wurde uns direkt weitergeholfen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit Gelungener Urlaub. Top

Pros: Ankunft und Check In verlief reibungslos und der Vermieter war wirklich sehr freundlich!! Ich kann euch sagen, dass es sich lohnt die Finca zu mieten. In 10min ist man überall.
