Alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch von der Größe her super und top gepflegt. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Kontakt mit Luis war sehr nett gewesen.Der Ort bietet auch einiges (Supermarkt,Apotheke,Restaurants…) Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Les plus : De l espace a vivre pour toute la famille. Clim au top. 2 jolies salle de bains. Bonne litterie. Nombreux rangements. Wifi parfait.. Tres bon contact avec le locataire tres symphatique. La maison se situe pas très loin des voies de communication tres pratique pour les visites....pas très loin de Palma. Les moins : un peu bruyant lors du passage de bus environ toutes les 1/2 heures de 07h00 à 00h00\. Obligation de prendre la voiture pour rejoindre les plages... On top of this we were charged 50 euros for electricty use for one week!! No mention was made about this until after we had paid the full amount. We have had issues getting the 350 deposit back and now this.. STEER CLEAR. Super gelegen. Palma oder Flughafen in 20 Minuten. Weniger geeignet in der kalten Jahreszeit, da die Heizmöglichkeiten limitiert und die Spalten unter den Türen groß sind. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Gute Betten. Nicht super sauber, aber OK.
