This magnificent property located in Lloseta welcomes 3 guests. Outside this beautiful estate you will find a large terrace with garden and a swimming pool measuring 8m x 5m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days after sunbathing on the available loungers. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it together on the house porch, which has a dining area, perfect for extending the evenings. The property is fenced and, although there are neighbours nearby, privacy is complete. Inside this single-storey villa you can relax in the fantastic living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The kitchen is independent and features gas hobs and a dining table, as well as all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it’s time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with double beds, equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. If you wish, you can use the fans available in the house, as well as the washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. Lloseta is a small village located in the central area of the island. It is surrounded by beautiful mountain and valley landscapes, making its surroundings a paradise for hiking lovers, with numerous routes crossing the mountains and valleys of the area and offering stunning panoramic views. Thanks to its location, this wonderful village is very well connected and you can quickly reach the island’s many white-sand beaches with crystal-clear waters. The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them! ##### Vanessa H. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu zweit sehr genossen.Aber:Instandhaltung ließ zu wünschen übrig, v.a. im Bad: Waschbecken war verstopft, Wasser lief kaum ab; kaltes Wasser im Bidet nicht angeschlossen, nur sehr heißes Wasser verfügbar und daher unbenutzbar; auch in der Dusche kaum kaltes Wasser, nur eingeschränkt nutzbar; einzige Hakenleiste viel fast von der Wand; Toilette ohne Deckel, Sitz absolut locker. Bezug einer Liege zerrissen.Alles Dinge, die bei der Endreinigung auffallen müssen, aber nicht repariert wurden.In der Gegend gibt es viele Hunde, die oft alleine gelassen werden. Und gerne Mal den ganzen Abend oder die halbe Nacht bellen. Dafür kann das Haus natürlich nichts, das ansonsten eine sehr ruhige Lage hat. Hat uns aber doch sehr genervt.Küche: reichlich Geschirr, sieben Pfannen, aber nur ein größerer Topf. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler und das Wasser ist schlecht regulierbar, das hilft nicht gerade, Wasser zu sparen. Schwamm, Topflappen, Feuerzeug (Gasherd) muss man selbst besorgen.Ebenso wie die verschiedenen Müllbeutel, die für die geforderte Mülltrennung notwendig sind.Das Haus wird von Homerti verwaltet, wir hatten keinen Kontakt zum Besitzer. Man war nicht in der Lage, uns innerhalb von zwei Wochen zu erklären, wohin wir den Müll bringen sollen. Bzw an der angegebenen Stelle wird nur der Müll von Anliegern angenommen.
