The natural stone property “Sa Serra” is located in absolute peace on a plot of approx. 12,000 m2 and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a living space of 210 m2\. You can park your cars safely in the spacious courtyard, which offers enough space for maneuvering. Accommodation On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Behind the house, with direct access to the kitchen, is the garden with a shaded terrace and a large barbecue area. Below the house, the 17 x 3 meter saltwater infinity pool awaits you with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape, as well as seating and 6 sun loungers where you can enjoy your holiday in the shade of the trees.
