This beautiful villa offers a covered outdoor kitchen and barbecue next to the pool to take advantage of the hot summer days with family or friends! Maximum capacity for 9 persons. The house has about 200m2 distributed over 2 floors: Main floor (access from the street): large living room with sofa bed large independent fully equipped kitchen 1 double room (suite) with access to the balcony and beautiful views of the mountain and pool 2 double rooms: 1 double bed room and 1 room with 2 single beds 2 bathrooms with bathtub Lower floor: In one part of the garage there is 1 double bed for two people large garage for 2 cars washing machine area exit to the lower area: pool area, outdoor kitchen and pool bathroom Villa Sunrise has automatic doors to access the garage with the car through the slope.
