The house has 150m2 distributed over 2 floors and a garage: Garage area: garage at street level, with capacity for at least 2 cars and a large opening with 2 doors. possibility of not entering the car inside the garage, and parking in the parking area outside the house, approx. for 2 cars. First floor: large living room with access to the covered terrace large open plan kitchen 2 double rooms bathroom with shower large main terrace, covered and very cozy with wooden ceiling. This terrace is one of the most important features that our guests value, where they enjoy the hot summer days. The nearest beach is Canyelles beach, very familiar and one of the most prestigious beaches in Lloret. Thanks to its great location, you can leave the car at home (a privilege in Lloret), and walk to the beach, thus saving yourself the inconvenience of looking for parking. Belle piscine.Ne correspond plus vraiment aux photos de l’annonce mais sentiment positif. Localisation agréable a proximité d’une belle plage et à quelques minutes de voiture de Lloret de Mar. Merci à Esther de l’agence pour avoir rapidement réglé les petits désagréments courants. La villa est présentée comme située dans un quartier calme, force est de constater que les règles présentées par l’agence sont en effet très restrictives, ce qui n’était pas un problème pour nous. Malheureusement la maison d’en face a été louée à un groupe de jeunes hollandais dont la seule ambition était de faire la fête sans aucune limite ni aucun respect pour le voisinage. A noter que les 2 villas ne sont pas proposées par la même agence. Une coordination entre ces 2 agences me semble nécessaire. En effet, il y a énormément de vis à vis, avec toutes les maisons des alentours qui ont une vue directe sur notre piscine. Une voisine extrêmement intrusive habite en face, et passe son temps à regarder dans la maison par sa fenêtre, elle n’hésite pas à appeler l’agence au moindre mouvement. Malgré l’annonce qui stipule que les groupes de jeunes sont acceptés, il est formellement interdit de mettre de la musique en extérieur et à faible volume à l’intérieur, la journée comme la nuit. Il est même interdit d’être sur la terrasse la nuit, au risque que la voisine appelle la police. De plus, bien que la maison soit prévue pour 8 personnes les équipements ne suivent pas: pas assez de chaises, de bains de soleil, pas assez de place sur la table... Nous recommandons donc cette maison pour une famille, mais surtout pas pour des jeunes voulant faire la fête! ##### Tom-Elio F. La piscine est assez profonde et propre Il y’a du vis-à-vis au niveau de la piscine. La terrasse à l’ombre est vraiment pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée La villa est située à 10min à pieds d’une plage magnifique ! Il y’a beaucoup d’activités à faire à Lloret. Située à 5-10 minutes de la plage de Canyelle cela est vraiment agréable, en revanche, nous qui sortions en ville tous les soirs à 5, il faut prévoir un petit budget taxi pour les aller-retour. Le seul point noir aura été le nombre de chiens dans les alentours qui aboient sans raison durant la nuit. Un grand merci à Esther, avec laquelle il a été très facile de se faire comprendre et d'obtenir cette maison. Romain. ##### Romain M. Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Isabell S. 31 Aug 2017 #### Sehr schön (mit ein paar Einschränkungen)! Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen, v.a. der Pool und die Terrasse sowie die Nähe zum Strand. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Geschirr gewünscht - Manches war auch beschädigt.
