The house has a spacious living area of 350 m² and a garden of 1000 m² with barbecue and fantastic views of the surroundings. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, providing a nice chill out zone to enjoy the wonderful climate of the region. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. Stairs lead to the 1st floor with another kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the last floor there is a bedroom and toilet. On the beach of Canyelles there is a small port with very good restaurants where you can taste the excellent cuisine of the region.
