Suggest (at least) 'leveling' with lorry-load(s) of gravel. Myself, my wife and adult son stayed 2 nights. This was our 42nd Wedding Anniversary trip and a "Happy Anniversary" banner was up for us in the livingroom. "Property in need of maintenence and upkeep, ie somewhat shabby. Limited provisions, dishwasher failed to clean items correctly so hand washed cutlery etc... Hot tub was good and available at all times. Good floor space but feel we could have gotten more for our money."
