"So the facilities (breakfast, pool, access to beach etc) are all really good. Staff were excellent, as was the evening entertainment. The place does look good on the surface, but then you see it needs some TLC: pool ladders need fixing, elevators got stuck, sink plug lets water through, towel hooks ..."
