Llanos Costa Holidays from £455

Me hospedé en el Hotel Milano por 2 noches y tuve una excelente experiencia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno Viejo San Juan, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, sitios históricos y todo lo necesario para recorrer la ciudad a pie. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, lo cual hizo mi estadía muy cómoda. El personal fue amable y el proceso de check-in y check-out fue sencillo. Por su ubicación, limpieza y excelente relación calidad-precio, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

Spacious and central, right in the middle of the action in San Juan. The place is large, with a little kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and a few other bits but no hobs. The place was quite clean but not fully. The balcony is huge and a nice touch. There are a few things that made the stay uncomfortable. The elevator was broken, so I had to carry my suitcase up alone around 4-5 flights of stairs. I don't recommend the stairs for everyone, as they are quite steep. I didn't mind the exercise but with a suitcase it was really uncomfortable, especially when there is no A/C (there is A/C in the rooms though). The bathroom has quite a precarious step right outside of it, which one could easily trip over. As others have mentioned, the lights in the bathroom turn off something like every 30 seconds. I thought I wouldn't mind this when showering but the sensor is not very sensitive in picking up on movement so it's quite annoying. The host seemed very nice when I spoke to her (my key was in the wrong lock box when I arrived) but she answered straight away. She doesn't speak English, just as a consideration. I didn't hear anything else over 3 days except a request for a review, but I think she would have helped if anything was wrong. Overall it was OK. Pros were that it felt secure, the A/C worked, it was huge + it was in a perfect location. The cons were the broken elevator, that it wasn't super clean/a bit run down and some illogical design.

Overall a great stay! Walking distance to t mobile, Sheraton casino and so much more! Grab and go breakfast to! Overall quiet and pleasant stay!
