Ashley was awesome with communication and accommodated me bringing an extra friend or two. I noticed there were no photos of the bathroom in the listing but it wasn't bad when we got there just small which is to be expected. She provided games, floats, some beer in the speakeasy, etc. We appreciated the long driveway due to having like 5 cars in the driveway. But fair warning of the stickers!! Emailed the host three times, twice before our check-in date and once while there and no response. The interior is fine and the air conditioners work great. The speakeasy smells and the p-trap under the kitchen sink has a leak (they even had a plastic shoebox underneath to catch the water). It can be fixed for less than $10 in materials. Also killed 3 scorpions in the house - we stayed four nights. The exterior is something else. Weeds up to my knees and some even higher. The fire pit outside the backdoor is unusable because of the weeds. You can basically walk from the driveway to the door on pavers and that's about it, due to the weeds. If you plan on just using this as a place to sleep and don't mind if you have to kill a scorpion or two, you'll probably be ok with it.
