"No reception on a Monday night so you have to drop in the local Londis shop next door or call mobile on message left on the door. This was just before 7pm so not late. Guy from shop was friendly but no food on at hotel either on a Monday."

"The room was lovely. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Staff were all really nice and friendly. I didn't get to the spa or pool but everything was great for a wonderful stay. Also, very close to Cardiff Castle, the city center area, and the university."
