A budget option and to some extent you get what you pay for. But you could hear the PA system announcements from Lime Street station, and the pipework/radiators clicking woke me up several times. Beds were bouncy/springy, creaky. Pillows were poor. Overall decor dated.
Staff were nice, check in and out smooth. Didn't use the bar/restaurant but it looked popular.

This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

The room was very clean, the shower head was leaking badly but was fixed promptly. The staff were were welcoming and attentive. We caught the train to Liverpool and the hotel was only a 20 minute walk away. Air conditioning was ok

We had an excellent stay. All of the staff were very helpful. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. The leisure centre members were very welcoming and friendly also. Dinner and breakfast were very good. We will come and stay again.
