  • New apartment, high standing, for 6 people with private parking, wifi, garden, terrace, barbecue, panoramic sea view can be seen from the kitchen, living room, terrace, three double bedrooms, all three rooms with views sea. Only 5 apartments in the same building.
    Very calm, perfect to spend a wonderful holiday with family, close to very beautiful beaches.

Fantastic View and Water Access

It's an eight-minute walk to the beach and coastal path (down steps, be forewarned!) from this small apartment with phenomenal views of Llanca and El Port de la Selva. It was perfect for my able-bodied family and made for easy day trips by car to Cadaques, Roses, and France. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We plan to return.

Un très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien équipé. la vue est magnifique mais attention la mer n'est pas à proximité immédiate (grande côte à descendre et donc à remonter). le seul vrai bémol est l'insonorisation des appartements entre eux, pas bonne du tout.

Alles perfekt. Ausblick unbezahlbar , Lage oberhalb der Küste und weit genug weg von der Hauptstraße. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Eva klappte schon Monate im voraus. Stellplatz in privater Garage auch für SUVs groß genug. Die letzten 200m zum Haus sind recht steil. Fußweg in die Stadtmitte etwa 20 Minuten …. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une semaine dans ce chalet et je le recommande chaleureusement. Le logement est conforme aux photos, très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout y est prévu pour passer un séjour agréable : literie confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle, décoré avec goût, matériaux de qualité. A 5 mn de Brunico, mais au calme pour se reposer. L'hôte n’était pas présent mais disponible et très réactif, une organisation parfaite.Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Unglaublicher Meerblick

Ich hatte in dem Appartement einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Aussicht über die gesamte Bucht von der großen Terrasse aus ist unbeschreiblich. Der Ausblick wurde täglich zu einem wahren Erlebnis. Die moderne Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Meiner Meinung nach zeigt sich hier auch, dass privat geführte Wohnungen in der Regel umfangreicher und liebevoller ausgestattet sind als agenturgeführte Ferienwohnungen.Ein weiteres, nicht zu unterschätzendes Plus waren die ausgezeichneten Matratzen, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgten.Zum Appartement gehört eine große Tiefgarage, in der die auch höhere und breitere Autos keine Probleme haben.Insgesamt kann man das Auto aber auch gut stehen lassen, da sowohl die Strände, das Meer als auch der Ort fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Der Weg zurück ist allerdings sehr steil. Die Vermieterin Eva nahm sich beim Check-In die Zeit und zeigte mir alle wichtigen Dinge in dem Appartement. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass Betriebsmittel wie Seife, Waschmittel oder Spülmittel vorhanden waren. Das ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt trug die Ferienwohnung maßgeblich zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei.

Formidable séjour dans l’appartement d’Eva

Nous avons passé mon mari, notre bébé de 3 mois et moi un excellent séjour . L’appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. L’appartement est très propre, très bien équipée que ce soit en électroménager , instrument de cuisine, il est décoré avec goût et l’ameublement est de très bonne qualité ça se voit . Si je pouvais mettre un petit bémol , il manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bain . C’est vraiment un léger point négatif rien de grave . Avoir une place dans un garage fermé est vraiment un plus et un point super positif . Eva nous a très bien accueilli lorsque nous sommes arrivés . Ne pas avoir à apporter ses serviettes de bain et ses draps c’est vraiment le top aussi . Honnêtement je recommande à 100% cet appartement . Il est aussi écrit pour 6 personnes je dirais plutôt 2 couples avec 2 enfants car la dernière chambre est petite et à 2 petits lits . En tout cas aller s’y les yeux fermés .

Wohnung mit allem Komfort und wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Diese ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, alle für uns wichtigen Geräte (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Klimaanlage, ...) waren, wie im Inserat angegeben vorhanden und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Verbrauchsgegenstände wie Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier,... wurden uns ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Die große Terasse ist mit einem großen, stabilen Tisch und bequemen Stühlen sowie zwei Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung und Einrichtung einen hochwertigen Eindruck, ist allerdings etwas hellhörig, was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat. Durch den Parkplatz in der Garage, war unser Auto stets kühl, um damit zu den zahlreichen lohnenswerten Zielen in der Gegend aufzubrechen. Im Haus liegen dazu Vorschläge und Informationsmaterial bereit. Mit dem Auto waren Strände (ca. 5 min) und Supermärkte (ca. 10 min) innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir fanden die Wohnung super und würden sie ohne zu zögern wieder mieten.

Der Blick, ein Traum

Alles wie in der Beschreibung der Besitzerin. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir vielleicht wiederkommen werden. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Couch fanden wir äußerst unkonfortabel. Aber wie gesagt, der traumhafte Blick bleibt unvergesslich.

Traumhaft: Tolle Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Das Highlight ist definitiv der Ausblick, aber auch sonst bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand und Ortskern ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 10 bis 15 min.), ein Auto vor Ort nicht zwingend erforderlich. Aber: die Wohnung liegt am Hang, so dass der Fußweg bergab bzw. bergauf führt - nicht unbedingt jedermanns Sache. Im Ort und in Strandnähe findet man -jedenfalls außerhalb der Saison- gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Garage, die ebenfalls zur Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Bei Anreise haben sie auf uns gewartet, da wir die Ankunftszeit nicht genau benennen konnten. Sie haben uns auch gute Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Von uns definitiv eine Empfehlung!
