The outside area includes a long terrace with table and chairs and fantastic views. Second terrace with views and plastic table and chairs and parasol.

Location

The apartment is located 2 km from the beach, in the Super Fener residential area, in the upper part between Llançà and Port de la Selva.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
