Sant Genís 19 - top-floor apartment with terrace

Very large terrace with views towards Port de la Selva, the sea and the mountains. Ideal place to have a relaxing stay and enjoy the peace and quiet of being in a residential area, on the top floor.

The apartment has basic furniture, is all on one floor and has French windows leading to the terrace outside. There is a lounge-dining room with sofa-beds, TV, coffee table, cupboards, stereo system and TV. Direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and tableware, and table and chairs where you can eat.

1 double bedroom with a triple bunkbed (double bed below, single bed above). 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Fantastic, spacious outside terrace with table and chairs. Beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is located 400 metres from the beach and close to the port area and the shops and restaurants.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
