The apartment is 400 metres from the town centre and the shops. Large terrace with beautiful sea views. Spacious, well-kept communal garden with pool. You go up some steps to the apartment which is on one floor but with two different levels, and has a terrace. There is an open-plan lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, sofa, armchairs, TV, table, chairs and cupboards, with French windows leading to the terrace. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware. On the second level, three steps higher, is the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided. Fantastic half-covered terrace outside, with table, chairs, sun shade and sun loungers. Beautiful panoramic views of the sea and coast. Air conditioning.
