Located in a quiet area 200 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the centre and shops of the area. Private terrace with fantastic sea views. Communal garden and pool in the complex.

You go down steps outside to get to the apartment which is all on one floor and has a terrace. Lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, armchairs, TV, wooden round table and chairs, with doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen is separated from this space and looks towards it through an opening in the wall. Small kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and tableware.

There is 1 double bedroom with two beds and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. Iron.

Private terrace outside with sea views and outdoor furniture: chairs and sun loungers.

Large communal garden area and pool in the complex.

Hébergement moyen

Situé sur les hauteurs de llansa la voiture est très souvent nécessaire par contre très jolie vue et très belle piscine .L’appartement est correct avec des appareils ménagers vieillissants. L’inconvénient il n’y a ni climatisation ni ventilateur surtout lorsqu’il fait 28-30 degrés la nuit !
