The apartment has two floors. Downstairs, there is a lounge-dining room, with a decorative fireplace, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, long wooden table and chairs, and sliding door leading to the terrace outside. Fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster and tableware. 1 Bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet. 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The outside area has outdoor furniture - table and chairs. Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms with double beds and doors leading to the terrace outside, 1 bathroom with a bath and toilet, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large terrace with sea views. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning and free parking outside next to the house. Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area.
