Close to the port and the shops in the area. Big terrace with sunny and shady areas. The apartment has an open-plan layout with kitchen, dining room and lounge together. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room is bright as it has large windows leading to the outdoor area. There is a large wooden table with chairs, sofa and TV. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms with two single beds and a third bedroom with two single beds together and a door leading to the patio-terrace. 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside there is a big balcony-terrace with beautiful views, surrounded by trees which provide some shady areas, ideal for relaxing. There is also a type of porch at the entrance to the house. Views of the sea and mountains. Outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers. Parking space in the grounds. The washing machine is in a communal room which is separate from the apartment.
