However I'm glad we weren’t staying there for more than one night / the main part of our holiday as the rooms were basic and very clinical; there wasn't even a bedside light. It was affordable and a 15 min walk from the bus station and the old town. We felt safe and the staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast was average (the coffee less than average). The biggest issue was not the hotels fault - construction in the area blocked the entrance and we had to go around. When we first arrived I was concerned that noise might be an issue as it is located right next to an emergency room with ambulances coming and going. However, Our room was off an inner court yard and very quiet. We had to move out the third night even we booked for 7 nights. Apparently, the hotel showed poor maintenance, bad management although staff were very apologetic Pictures didn’t match with reality. Price is high for the size and amenities.
