Comfortable stay

We stayed 5 nights in June with unseasonal temperatures in the 80's and 90's. This hotel has air-conditioned rooms which made for a comfortable stay.

This is a real hidden gem. The countryside around the property is great. The museum opposite must not be missed.

Unique location on the countryside being part of a former monastery complex. Very convenient for visits to Ljubljana and Triest. Rooms very smal and simple but very clean and comfortable. Team is very friendly and service oriented. Excellent Guesthouse with reasonable price.

This was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in Europe! Although the location was a bit far from Ljubjana, and buses would stop operating after 1 am, the front desk staff was kind enough to leave me keys at front desk when I arrived by taxi. Next day, when I had to head to Ljubjana for my bus, he even offered me a ride as he happened to head to the city. He was very friendly, and dropped me off at the bus station although it was few blocks further from his destination. The place was also very quiet and peaceful. Loved the hospitality of all staffs. If you are planning to stay longer than 2-3 days in Slovenia, you may want to check out this place.

Lugar idílico para descansar y relajarse

El lugar es maravilloso, idílico. La ubicación de por sí ya es relajante y transmite paz. Teníamos una habitación en el segundo piso, amplia y espaciosa con un baño más que correcto. Tuvimos un problemilla con unas arañas que nos querían dar la noche, pero al final, todo bien. El desayuno en el jardín es delicioso... sin lugar a duda es un lugar para pasar unos días.

L Accueil a eu du mal à trouver notre réservation via Hôtels.com. Du mal à scanner nos CNI. Une seule dame parlait anglais, et nous a dit que le restaurant fermait ce dimanche soir à 18h !…vers 17h ,on se repose dans la chambre et d un coup la porte s’ouvre sans taper ,un cycliste en jaune me dit:Sorry! Et sort ! On lui a donné un mauvais numéro de chambre et la carte pour y rentrer !! Du théâtre de boulevard ! On a trouvé à souper à Vhrinka à 5 km …autant avertir les clients à l’avance , est ce que c est Expédia ..qui réserve pour hôtel.com ? Et on nous aurait fait payer 2 fois la taxe de séjour lundi matIn ,on a montré la réservation comme quoi c’était déjà réglé ! Petit déjeuner buffet très bien ,dans un joli cadre.

Uma bela surpresa na área rural de Vrhnika

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O nosso quarto era espaçoso, com uma cama de casal. Banheiro com todas as comodidades. Limpo e aconchegante. O hotel está localizado na zona rural e a 10 minutos de Vrhnika, onde fomos jantar durante nossa estadia. Não fizemos refeições no hotel por causa do horário do jantar não coincidir com os nossos programas. Escolhemos esse hotel pelo custo/benefício na nossa viagem para conhecer Liubliana que está a 20 minutos de carro. Fomos de carro para lá e pagamos o estacionamento- €1,50 por hora, o que foi muito mais em conta do que pagar as diárias de hotel em Liubliana que muito mais caras. Valeu a escolha.
