Felix Tour As / Attractive, stylish renovated 2BR apartment, free WiFi and AC

Modern, comfortable apartment is located in historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and in vicinity to congress center Cankarjev dom and national theatre Drama. Lively bars and restaurants are just a step away from the apartment. It is perfect starting point for exploring Ljubljana tourist attractions, only few steps away from Ljubljanica river and Prešeren square.

Air-conditioned apartment is on the 3rd floor of a low traditional building without elevator. In comfortable living room there is a sofa, which falls down to additional bed, LCD TV with international cable channels, dining table for 4-6 persons and modern equipped kitchen with electric glass-ceramic oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, cooking utensils and cutlery. From the living room we enter to first bedroom with 2 single beds and writing desk and to another bedroom with double bed. Guests can also enjoy a covered balcony with garden furniture accessible from the living room. In the bathroom there is shower, toilet, wash basin and also washing machine with dryer.

Apartment is equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.

There are some public parking places on the street in front of the building (payable at parking-machine), where it is possible to park over the night and from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning and also short-term (up to 2 hours) during the day. For long-term parking there is payable public parking place approx. 350 meters away.

For larger groups we have additional 3 apartments in the same building.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Tidy, walkable location

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, which was well situated in a walkable location to all of Ljubljana. It was clean and well-appointed. We were met at the taxi to show us into the space, which was very helpful. We would recommend this space to couples or small families.

A really nice stay

We spent a week in Ljubljana and consider us lucky to have found such a nice appartement. Everything was in walking distance (we didnt need any transportation at all), the apoartement is exactely as discribed and suited us very well. If we ever come back to Slowenia, we will choose Felix again.

Fantastic property. Clean and well equipped in a central location close to all the tourist hotspots yet quiet with a local feel. Would definitely recommend. (We parked in a 24/7 car park in the Tivoli park approx 15 minute brisk walk away for 15 euro a day, substantially cheaper than anything closer)

Great base in Ljubljana!

Great location, apartment is well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, spices, coffee, detergent, etc- there was even a box of cookies & a big bottle of water to start us off! Good communication as well. Parking is a couple of blocks away but easy in and out. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is spacious and well laid out- we kept the windows open during the days and we didn’t need the a/c but it was nice to have that option! Easy to walk everywhere and the old town is just ten minutes away. The only negative is the bar downstairs which is loud and smoky every night so be aware of that! Shut the windows at night & you will be fine.

La Slovénie un pays attachant beau et intéressant

On a alterné les visites à Ljubljana et les excursions à Bled Piran Škofja Loka Ptuj etc en louant une voiture.. Passionnant et reposant.. Sur l’appartement le plus : moderne propre clair près du centre.Le moins : au dessus d’un café un peu bruyant et pas d’ascenseur ( 2e étage) A noter la gentillesse de l’hôte qui à notre départ nous a descendu les valises. A l’arrivée peut-être un manque d’explications sur l’environnement ( un plan avec les commerces proches : alimentation pharmacie restaurant etc)

ein erfolgreicher Tripp in eine wunderschöne Stadt

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit dem Appartment: super Lage ( alles fußläufig erreichbar ) , sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich , problemlose Abwicklung, sehr empfehlenswert….. und die Kneipe unten drunter ist auch eine Empfehlung wert….lange nicht so leckeres Bier bei guter Jazzmusik gehört !!!!
