The large, well-finished and bright apartment A, on the first floor of the Villa, is equipped and comfortable, has large windows, two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds, in the living area another two beds or single or double, a large equipped kitchen enjoys a panoramic view of the pool. the large bathroom, with bidet. The apartment has a livable and equipped terrace.The apartment has air conditioning, heating, unlimited free wifi, TV, parquet.
The strategic location of the Villa allows convenient travel to both the wonderful Lecce, 5 minutes by car, both towards the Adriatic and Ionian coasts ... Paul, if you want, will be happy to point you to what is unmissable ... ... and what is best to avoid ..The stone house is totally at your disposal.
There are no parties to the guests.
In the property there are numerous fruit trees and fruit trees that are in the full availability of our guests!

The villa is five minutes far from the heart of Lecce and is ideally situated to reach the nicest beaches of Salento in just a few minutes’ drive.
