  • In the very south of Istria, in Ližnjan, not far from the beach, you will find this beautiful, newly built villa. The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a nicely furnished living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the sea. Guests also have access to a covered terrace and a private swimming pool.
    It is 500 metres from the property to the beach and 400 metres to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 300 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant can be reached in 300 metres.
