"We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. It was a great location to Rye township and both Hot Springs. It was very cosy with the wood fire and also split systems. The views from the kitchen and lounge/dining and decking were spectacular. Our only complaint was the squeaky bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms. "

"The photos for this property did not do it justice. We were a group of 12 adults who fit comfortably in the rooms available with additional guests visiting during the day. I initially booked the house due to the impressive games room but we never even used this room as the upstairs was also set up for a group setting with lovely views, a great balcony and plenty of space for everyone. The house is set up with everything you need for entertaining. There was plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses etc with an array of cooking facilities. It was enough to cook a good dinner. It is walkable to the beaches which makes a lovely morning walk. I was most impressed with the communication, my questions were answered almost immediately by the host regardless of when I messaged and check in was super clear.The only shortfall of this property was the strong smell of cat pee in the downstairs area (where most of the bedrooms are so we didn't spend a lot of time there other than sleeping). It was very noticeable on arrival but we slowly acclimatised. "

"The garden setting and its landscaped environment is the first clue that there's more than just a holiday house within. You don't need to walk far to find a place to relax in.Step inside and its all comfort and considered, from the great to sleep in beds, to the great to lie on couch. The walls aren't decorated with your typical beach art, but art and mementos of the owners travels, so there's always something to catch your eye. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more than enough utensils to cook and prepare meals from simple to more gourmet. You can come to some holiday houses and stay, accepting it's not your home and you don't have everything. Here you can come and happily live as there's everything you want and need. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly return - 10/10 You will not regret booking and staying here."

"We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour out on the deck surrounded by the bush and the birds. With a track from the house to the beach we got our daily exercise after all the eating walking to the beach though the dunes on the way back were a bit of a challenge, Overall we had a great time."
