Cottage of 120m2 in the countryside for 12 people. House located in greenery at the bottom of a cul-de-sac in the heart of a charming and typical hamlet of Val d'Allier, in the center of France, at the crossroads of the Auvergne, Burgundy and Center-Loire regions.

The house is located between the towns of Nevers and Moulins, near the circuits of Magny-Cours and Lurcy-Levis. Many activities nearby: visits to museums, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, baths, casino, etc.

Quiet location and without vis-à-vis: ideal for nature lovers, families with small children (no traffic).

Ground floor: veranda, fully equipped kitchen (cold fridge with freezer, microwave, induction cooker with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, various household robots ....) with dining area, large living room with wood stove, 2 sofas 3 places convertible into bed 1 pers, TV, speaker wifi, storeroom, shower room with washing machine, WC, garage where are stored wood for your heating and a garden furniture and a barbecue.

1st floor: 2 large family rooms that can each accommodate 4 people (160x200 beds and beds 90x200), a shower room, a landing with two single beds (90x200).

Outside the house is a small garden where you can sit for your meals outdoors. There is also a meadow of 2600m2 with fruit trees at the end of which are located hives: it is important not to disturb the work of bees.

For baby: a crib, a high chair and a bathtub.

The thickness of the walls does not allow an equal wifi signal in the entire house.

Bed linen and towels are provided - please indicate how to prepare the beds.

Attention: on the ground floor living room and kitchen are heated by a wood stove. The wood is supplied but it is up to you to maintain the fire.
