Wir haben 7 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach 3 Nächten abgereist. Die Vermieterin ist bemüht, aber übersieht die Probleme: In allen Räumen richt es nach Nikotin. Da außer im Schlafzimmer die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können ist Lüften nur über 3 Türen im Erdgeschoss möglich. Trotz Dauerlüften über 3 Tage und kochen von Nelkenwasser war der Geruch nicht zu beseitigen. Die Badezimmer sind kalt und feucht und die Fugen bei Badewanne und Dusche haben schwarzen Schimmel. Die Gartenmöbel waren vollkommen verdreckt. In vielen Ecken war es schmutzig, ebenso die Fenster. Spinnweben in allen Ecken. Die schattigeTerasse ohne Ausblick ist schräg, sodass man den Tisch eben nur neben die Müllbehälter stellen kann, ohne dass die Sachen runterrutschen. Man sitzt dort wie im Souterrain. Die Waschmaschine ist total verdreckt und das Waschmittelfach total verschimmelt. Der Geruch aus der Trommel wie aus einer Gruft. Die Vermieterin hat uns für die nicht genutzten Nächte eine Erstattung versprochen, ist dem aber bis heute nicht nachgekommen. Meine Beschwerde bei der verantwortichen Plattform läuft. ##### Michaela F. E' tranquilla e riservata, un posto dove si torna volentieri dopo una giornata in giro nella zona e in contrasto con la città di Livorno, piuttosto frenetica per quanto riguarda il traffico. Si può mangiare all'aperto e godersi il panorama. Unico neo è stato il caldo nella camera da letto al piano superiore, (e bisogna attrezzarsi per le zanzare, la casa è circondata dal verde) ma essendo in due abbiamo potuto ovviare dormendo al piano di sotto, su comodi divani letto. Isabella è stata molto puntuale e disponibile e ha sempre risposto con prontezza alle nostre domande.
