Completely renovated with care, in typical rustic Tuscan style, with wooden beams, bricks and exposed arches, it preserves the remaining architectural aspects of an ancient convent of Franciscan friars from the end of the 18th century. The entire apartment and the private garden are at the complete disposal and access of guests. Historic and typical district of the city, in a strategic position to visit the places of greatest artistic/tourist interest in the city (the "La Venezia" district, the "Fortezza Nuova", the "Bottini dell'Olio", ..) or to quickly access the port of embarkation for ferries or cruises. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are filled with amenities usually not found in the VRBOs I have been in. We lost our accommodations in Venice due to water damage and could not find another comparable location of an affordable price due to it being so short notice. We chose Livorno, it being close to Florence which was our next stop. What a good decision it was! I can not say enough good things about The Little Eden.
