- LIVING ROOM with bookshelves, armchairs, a chaise longue, and a desk;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a portable dehumidifier.



🡥 UPPER MEZZANINE LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs):

- DINING/LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, small sofa, chaise longue, and TV;

- BATHROOM (accessible by descending a few steps) with a shower featuring a steam bath function, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



A fee is required for late check-in:
