    Inside, the home blends its 1800s character with thoughtful modern updates. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, and a Keurig with starter coffee supplies. Guests can gather around the lake-view dining table, stream entertainment on the Smart TV, or stay connected with high-speed mesh Wi-Fi.

Perfect trip!

The lake house was just perfect - comfortable, cozy and well prepared for our arrival. The lake views from the house are spectacular. The neighbors were lovely and having a store/restaurant within walking distance was key! We also enjoyed the local hospitality at a few breweries and restaurants . Overall, it was an amazing getaway.

GREAT PROPERTY!

The house was perfect for a family getting away for the weekend. Easy to get in and easy to get down to the water. Very relaxing, perfect getaway. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need. Nice quiet neighbors too. We will book it again!

pristine lakefront

This home is spotless, updated and spacious. We were 6 ladies, and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfortable. The views are beautiful, and the lake is steps from your back door. The yard is spacious and flat, with plenty of outdoor seating. The area is charming, with a quaint general store and restaurant within a few minutes walk. A few cool breweries nearby, also. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Family fun

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled over this little gem. Besides the ease of the process and the loveliness of the home, the location was perfect! Such a lovely neighborhood on a private drive. Neighbors were quite friendly and helpful. Easy access to lake with beautiful views. Also, nice amenities. Take a chance! You won’t regret your choice.

Short Trip to Beat the Heat

I was looking for a lakefront property to stay at during the forecasted heat wave. This property exceeded my expectations. The house and lakefront were just as pictured with a dream kitchen, very comfortable beds and a great location. The window air conditioners kept the house cool despite the soaring temperatures outside. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were nice and helpful. The parking and lake are at the same level as the house so the only stairs were to the bedrooms which were all on the second floor. My 75 year old mother did struggle with getting in and out of the water. The options are to jump off the dock, climb down the dock's swim ladder or climb off the dock into the rocky shallow section. I highly suggest water shoes. We had a great trip, and I would highly recommend this property to all age groups.

The house was very clean, very nice! Downstairs is very spacious for the whole family to gather. Only real complaint was we were all set to cook our dinner on the grill and when we went to light it the gas tank was empty. Rather than fill yours up and have to leave it, we had to go find a place to buy a new one so we could take it home! Lake is beautiful very peaceful property!

Private Conesus Lake quiet setting

This property is in a very beautiful private setting of lake with majestic shade trees on the lakefront. We were there during the June heat wave and the AC window units worked perfect providing indoor reprieve from the humidity that week. The open kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Gorgeous sunsets!!! Neighbors are very friendly. Only suggestion would be possibly steps at shallow water entrance from dock to access the water and kayaks easier. Thank you for a lovely vacation.
